Terms and conditions
Version 2026-08-03. These terms apply to goods ordered from IMMI24 B.V. through gcmaf.shop.
Contract and prices
Product pages are an invitation to place an order. Before payment, checkout shows products, quantities, VAT, shipping and the total price in EUR. You submit a binding order by approving and completing PayPal payment. We confirm acceptance on screen and by email. If an item cannot be supplied, we refund the affected amount.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by PayPal. Delivery is made to the supplied shipping address. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after receiving goods. Notify us clearly by email or post and return goods within 14 days. The customer bears direct return costs unless agreed otherwise. Eligible payments, including least expensive standard delivery, are refunded within the statutory period; we may wait for the goods or proof of return.
Statutory exceptions may apply, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once unsealed and rapidly deteriorating goods. Any applicable exception must be stated for the relevant product before purchase.
Conformity, information and law
Mandatory conformity rights remain unaffected. Content is product information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in the country of residence. Complaints: [email protected].
Shipping, returns and payment
The current worldwide gross shipping flat rate is 25.00 EUR. It is displayed before PayPal approval and included in the PayPal total. Orders ship from the Netherlands. Tracking and temperature-handling information are supplied where applicable.
Report transit damage or missing items promptly to [email protected]; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Data, purposes and legal bases
We process contact, billing/shipping details, ordered items, VAT country, PayPal transaction identifiers, payment/refund status, correspondence and security log data to fulfil contracts, answer pre-contract requests, comply with tax/accounting duties and protect against fraud and abuse.
Recipients and transfers
Data is shared as necessary with PayPal, hosting/email providers, delivery providers, advisers and authorities. PayPal processes payment data under its own notice. Transfers outside the EEA require an applicable legal mechanism.
Retention and rights
Order, invoice and payment records are retained for applicable statutory periods, generally seven years for Dutch accounting records. Technical logs are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. GDPR rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Complaints may be made to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and payment content
No analytics or advertising trackers are loaded by the new shop. Essential local storage keeps the cart. PayPal content loads when checkout starts and may use necessary payment cookies. IMMI24 makes no automated decisions producing legal effects.
